the “Crystal-Clear” formula lifts up to 3 levels without modifying the tone character. Its gradual permanent lightning action works well on lengths and ends.
Mixing
In a non-metallic bowl mix Pure Hi-Lite in the ratio 1:2 with Cream Coactivator at 30 - 40 vol. (e.g. 30 ml of Pure Hi-Lite + 60 ml of Cream Coactivator) to reach a creamy mix.
