Create intense, vibrant colors with perfect even application, no matter your skill level. This odorless formula is sure to give you perfect nails easily. When powder is low, use enclosed spatula to scoop and pour powder over the nail. Clean and prep nails. Apply a thin layer of Color Dip Base Coat, dip at a 45 degree angle into powder, tap excess and repeat. Apply thin coat of Color Dip Activator & Base Coat then buff to smooth, dust off, reapply Activator. Apply two thin layers of Color Dip Top Coat. Let air dry and apply the Red Carpet Manicure Revitalize Nail & Cuticle Oil.
